Make sure you know what you're getting into before you buy an analyzer. I bought a maxtec handi back in 2001 (same as the current handi+). The oxygen sensor expired in 2003 and the sensor cannot be replaced. The device is disposable. Same goes for the Handi+; it is a disposable device. The max02+ has a replaceable sensor but list price for the sensor is $115. The usable life of an oxygen sensor is only about two years whether you are actively using the device or not.

I regret buying my own analyzer. Think hard about whether you really need one. I found that any place I might need to use an analyzer that was one available for me to use.

Buy the Oxycheq Expedition analyzer.
