Panay Explorers May 2006 Expedition
WHO: Panay Explorers will host a SCUBA DIVING Expedition to Mararison Island, Batbatan Island, and the other areas within the Municipality of Culasi
WHAT: A diving expedition to new dive sites and recorded dive locations to determine their dive worthiness. The categories to judge are: natural beauty, ease of dive, ease of access, coral health, and general marine life population.
WHEN: 19 MAY 2006 - 04 JUNE 2006 (dive days 20 MAY 2006 - 02 JUNE 2006)
WHERE: Municipality of Culasi, Antique Province, Philippines
WHY: We want to discover more dive sites, affirm the dive sites we have as worthy of diving, advertise the diving in our municipality to the diving community at large and get diver feedback on the work we have done to date.
EXPEDITION DETAILS: We are looking for four experienced divers (from internationally recognized agencies) divers to assist with: dive site discovery, boat handling, surface interval tasks, safety, and photography. Divers will be provided air, tanks, and weight. All other expenses will be on the diver to handle. We currently have five divers for the expedition. This is more than a dive vacation it is an adventure!
