Hi mate sorry to read about your experiance I to suffer depression, and have been diagnosed with a personality disorder which s controlled by medication and therepy. I have always been told by my instructor that if your not happy abut the dive, or your not feeling up for it dont do it, was the buddy you were with pressuring you at anytime before you got into the water?
