Hi AA3JY,
It needs to be done with a special tool. Most watch / jewelry shops have this type of tool and can switch your strap in a matter of seconds.

Even the 'Authorized' SCUBAPRO shop,that I eventually went to, had to call ScubaPro to get instructions on how to do it...:blinking:
