I am thinking of changing my hoses to miflex and buying a new miflex spg.

Two reasons like the look and weight for travexing.

How easy is it to change the hoses is a bolt off bolt job or is it a bit more technical.

It can all be done with a small adjustable wrench (spanner to you). For the spg you will need two wrenches because you need to turn two nuts in opposite directions simultaneously.

Don't over tighten anything or you could break it. Tight is tight enough.

That's what I have for my SPG & dive computer console. Thanks for the heads up. The recall are for the hoses manufactured from May 2009 to Dec 2011. Mine have stamped dated in 2012 & 2014, so I hope they are good to keep. I had them for at least 2 years now.

My Miflex HP hose was bought in 2014. I called XS and they said send it in, so I did. Brand new hose on the way. No hassles.
