We have minimal cost program, Open Water through Dive Master. In return for minimal cost training the candidate agrees to be available for paid deployments during hurricane season.
Includes EFR, OW, Advanced, Rescue and DM.
Books and gear must be provided by candidate.
We have dives going on in Phoenix and So Cal.

Sorry about the delay in responding. We have a non profit search and rescue organization. www.surfrescue.org. We have a focus on the Caribbean, USVI and PR.
We always need volunteers and if qualifications and assignment match we have paid deployments. I do not know what the planet express deal is so I will not comment. Most paid deployments require licensed paramedic or RN with Paramedic license. The seasonal surf rescue clubs also have some paid deployments. This season is a bit different due to the Covid-19 issue.
The issue is being worked quickly.
Please advise as to your interest.
    Thanks
