Missing Diver Off Vandenberg?

Anything can happen during a dive. When sh... occurs, I think it is unfair to start by questioning the buddy behavior or the Guide/ DM/ Instructor without knowing the full facts first. Especially when the divers involved are all OW certified and it is not a training dive but a fun dive.

I've heard of some low vis divers that suggest that.

We always dove with buddy lines in bad vis strong current situations
