Arizona Lds List - Last Update 12/2016 is NOT up to date.
Phoenix Scuba Diving Classes - Phoenix Scuba Shop and Scuba Diving Certifications has opened in this past year and should be put on the list.
Since you locked the post, and blocked PMs, you have not left any other way to contact you about fixing this.
