Not likely to be new news but sad and making mainstream news (likely again).

Is that a good sign or a really, really bad sign?

CO2 rise 'will affect all sea life'

BTW, no entirely sure if I stuck this in the right sub-forum

Not new news, but it is good to keep divers and the general public informed

I saw that news item this morning. I guess the 8-year study just confirmed what other scientists already believed. Sad.

It's unfortunate. I've often argued alarmist dropped the ball trying to convince people the climate may warm a degree or two over a century... the threat is what will happen to the ocean. Low ph was always a battle in my home aquarium due to the excessive co2 in a sealed home.

I hope the solar and battery tech continues to become more mainstream and more importantly, affordable. I find it mind boggling I can't buy a solar water heater in Florida at a local box store.
