Guys,

Comments please......

3,000 PSI service.
Twin 200 liters Bauer/Poseidon compressor feeding special twin inlet manifold connected to 1 filter tower system.
Two safety valves at each compressor to twin inlet manifold air path. One Bauer adjustable , one is a fix Aqua Env at 3,300 PSI.

Each compressor output to special twin inlet manifold gets capillary pressure gauge

Another safety valve at filter tower system, on its final water separator. Aqua Env set at 3,300 psi.
Filter tower system is Bauer P2 x 2 units in series. Capillary pressure gauge for P2 filter towers.

0.5 micron Lawrence Factor micronic filter after Bauer P2 output, before PMV/Back Pressuve valve

10 output filling manifold, with :
- Chemical based humidity plug/indicator, back up to the electronic dew point sensor
- 1 of Capillary analog pressure gauge, typical 3% accuracy
- 1 of 0.2% accuracy digital pressure gauge
- 9 outputs to 9 filler hose whips, 3 is DIN/Yoke and 6 is Yoke only

- 1 output to a 2 BAR pressure regulator, output flow set at 2 liters per minute at flow meter to be connected in series to :
AA.. -80C to 0C dew point sensor with digital read out. 1.8C accuracy at -51C. Traceable. Adjustable alarm.
BB.. >>>series connected to CO2 Sensor, +1 50 PPM accuracy
CC.. >>> series connected to CO Sensor, ToxiRAE3

Filter cartridge in use is Mako PD-1803 equivalent with lots of activated carbon and has Hopcalite. Both P2 towers using the same PD-1803 for double-pass, air quality as priority not cost savings. Dwell time at 400 liters perminute for P2 x 2 tower size...hhmm awesome.

Each compressor cooling assisted by 2,750 CF per minute blower, to maintain cylinder head temperature at all 3 stages to be no higher than 122 celcius at 32C ambient ( proven blower set up )
- 4 temperature sensors for compressor, cylinder 1, 2, 3 and water separator. Digital. Data logging.
- Oil temperature and pressure, digital
- Bauer synthetic oil change at no later than 300 hours
- Bauer B-Timer to clock running hours only

What do you think :D

Thanks
IYA

Forgot, PD-1803 equivalent can be used on a Bauer tower with special adaptor, no problem.
PD-1803 is choosen because I do not like Bauer 58827 with too little activated carbon and more of molecular sieve.
Air quality above all else
.
