My Lifeline is not connecting to the Software.

    This can happen for the initial connection of your Lifeline, and there are a few things you can try to enhance this connection:

    1. Ensure that you are using a Windows Computer
    2. If one USB port doesnÂ’t work, try a different port
    3. Ensure that your Lifeline is fully charged (it is fully charged if the green light is off)
    4. Try pressing and holding all three button on the top of your Lifeline (Red, Green and Orange) for 3 seconds. This will reset your Lifeline to factory defaults, and may improve connectivity.
