Mystery Apollo Computer - Help Identifying

Hi All,
just wondering if any of you have come across this Apollo Dive computer. I was given this unit. It came cracked and corroded. I have restored the board and display to working order. But need help with :


1) Identifying the computer
2) User Manual
3) Calibration ?

I just couldn't help myself with old kit. I think I have the beginnings of a museum happening.
