Hi!
I recently got my first housing with interchangeable ports (N85) so I am not really sure of how snug they should fit and feel.
On the surface I can very easily turn the port a few mm to either side and pop it off, all this without touching the red port lock lever on the side.
I can also "wiggle" the port enough to expose the o-ring. All this only at the surface, after just a few m it all sits solid because of the pressure. I am just afraid to twist of the port in a rinse bin or right at the surface, especially since I use the WWL-1. Right now I do not dare to have it connected on the boat or near the surface.
Is any of this normal or is my housing defective?
I think that installing a vacuum system would remedy this problem but thought I´d ask SB first.
Thank you all for making SB a fantastic tool for aspiring U/W photographers.
