Name that vintage regulator...

Going thru my collection of old diver photos and I ran across this image of a diver with a double hose regulator.
No clue who the guy is or was, but if I remember correctly, I believe the photo came from a collection in France. If it isn't France specifically, I know it came from Europe.
There are photos of this guy making dives in both vintage scuba gear and hard hat gear.
To the point of this thread, does anyone recognize the regulator he is using? It has me stumped.
I included a 2nd image showing the mouthpiece of the regulator.

I recognize the nose clip, used in the US Navy in the '50's for submarine emergency escape was where mine originated.

I think I've seen that rubber suit in a store window in the Village. Nose clamp, too. But they weren't calling it a nose clamp.

I will take the first crack at naming it. Siebe-Gorman Mistral. The yoke looks like it was tooled out of a single block and the mounts for holding the two cans together are fairly unique. Others will certainly know more than me.

That bolt lugs has got to hurt. Aside from that, were doubles adapters like this sold in Europe? The plug in the bottom of the yoke block is different than the ones saw sold in the US.

Have the same photos of the mystery diver on a diving course at Capt Hampton's Dive School in Dartmouth UK circa 1957 The unit is Seibe Gorman MK1 regulator circa 1955 mounted on SG manifold with two 25cuf cylinders WP 1800 psi known in the UK as "TADPOLES" or "TADS"
