there are a few great dives here that meet your criteria..
all the inshore stuff here in morehead it good...

there are also some that are 32 miles from the inlet but not that far offshore, you run down shack and then out the point of the cape... maybe 10 miles actual offshore.

read the epic thread i posted on the nc section.. both were only 60-70 foot deep.
 
You ever get to the Wrightsville beach area give me a shout. 19 foot is good as long as the weather holds to get you out to the 20-25 mile range on a good day. Especially mornings in the heat of summer. If you plan it right, you can dive a civil war wreck, a ww1 wreck and a ww2 wreck all in the same day. You can also find some teeth with your boat.
