Is anyone still conducting shore dives in NC this time of year? Looking at NOAA...it appears that the water temperature is still in the 50's. While not warm, it would be a step up from my last few dives. Conditions wise (ex. surf), is it still doable this time of year? Thank you.

Give Roanoke Island Outfitters a call and they could give you some advice on
the conditions off shore in the Outer Banks . If you are interested in the surf
conditions try Whalebone Surf Shop . It is a TOO cold for my blood for diving
and even surfing at this time of the year . My Mother has had a house there
for 40 years and I love it in the summer when I can get there . Be safe .
