Neck pain from diving

Bill, here is my style of diving. Just relax, while flying in the water column. Never have neck pain (knock on wood).

In case anyone is wanting to know...

Neck pain pretty much gone. I just came back from a stay in the US where I finally got some Physical Therapy that worked for me! THANK YOU KATIE ! (not on this board).

I discovered that my neck was really stiff, we did some loosening exercises (ear to shoulder, stretch, then look down towards your armpit) but what really helped the most was many, many chin tucks (chin in towards Adam's apple).

I now do both of these exercises every day, like all the time. It really seems to have nearly cured my neck pain and stiffness.
