Need to find a good Ear, Nose and Throat Dr. In Fort Lauderdale

I need to find a good ear, nose and throat Doctor in Fort Lauderdale, Florida that also specializes in Diving Medicine. I recently had a CAT scan done and it shows a blockage in the sinus cavity between my eyes. I don't have any problems with I dive, however I have had over 30 sinus infections this year and my allergist really wants me to get this checked out since they don't really want to give me antibiotics which is fine with me. However I am concerned because he said that it is an antomical problem that can only be corrected with surgery. How is this going to affect my diving?

If any one has any suggestions I would really really appreciate it.

If you call DAN they should be able to recommend a ENT Dr. that has knowledge of diving medicine as well.
