Years ago Litehedded and I were doin a double stage dive with 21/35.

we got to the first drop and his stage sunk like a sack of bricks while mine floated normally. Wtf something is broken here. Either my sac rate is terrible (not unlikely) or he’s got no helium’s in that tank!

Turns out it was a damn neutral 80!
 
Going by memory here, but the DOT prohibits oxygen over 3,000psi in 3AL certified cylinders, and a few years ago they classified any mix over 21% oxygen to be considered oxygen.

I believe teh mix thing was true but that included all gas station tire fill stations that required O2 cleaning. end of story is that the magic number is not 23.5% over a certain PSI of like 50 or 150 psi.
