New. Tags are still affixed. Looking for a reliable, rugged, comfortable, streamlined, award-winning BCD for your next adventure? Enter the Cressi Scorpion BCD! Designed with Italian flair and precision in Italy and made in Hungary, the Scorpion is designed for medium-sized divers and is highly-rated by dive professionals and fellow scuba enthusiasts alike. See, e.g., Scubadiving.com's Scubalab, which awarded it the number one "Testers' Choice" for all back-inflation BCDs. Note that the first two stock photos from Cressi illustrate the inflated product.

With its sturdy construction and sleek design, the Cressi Scorpion is the perfect choice for many reasons, including the following:

Lightweight, easy-traveling BCD can be used while traveling or for any recreational setting;
Two very roomy pockets are not normally found on rear inflation units;
Very easy to get into and out of;
The location of the integrated weights provides perfect stability and trim;
Minimalist feel when wearing it, with snug, comfortable, streamlined fit;
Intelligent design includes bungeed air cell;
Dump valves are at right shoulder and butt, and will operate no matter what position you are in the water!

Specs:
1. The Scorpion is a back-inflation jacket designed to be very comfortable when worn, like using a traditional backpack. Thanks to its modular design, the diver will not have the feeling of wearing a heavy, uncomfortable, or restrictive harness.

2. Vertically-oriented weight pockets are in line with the tank, behind the pockets. Being aligned with the body, buoyancy control and stability are drastically increased.

3. Independent design harness system ensures stability and releases oppression of the chest, axillary, and abdominal area due to the expansion of the bladder outside of the dorsal area and surrounding the tank. Unisex design.

4. Shoulder straps are padded and have an anatomic design like traditional backpacks, to ensure stability and comfort. The seams are internal to avoid friction even diving without a wetsuit.

5. The ventral strap is developed with a new important concept. For tightening the straps, simply pull them moving forward, not laterally like other BCDs.

6. Direct System Inflator: push-button with wide clearances concerning its seat avoids blocking action of sand grains. Vacuum button with seal uses a silicone washer. Push-button integrated into the profile avoids unwanted inflation.

7. Foldable structure decreases storage space. It features 2 exhaust air valves front-controlled. 4 D-rings are made of EBS. Fabric is made of strong 420-denier nylon.

8. The Scorpion is designed in Italy and made in Hungary by Cressi which is an Italian brand pioneer in scuba diving, snorkeling, and swimming equipment -- and has been since 1946!

Thank you for letting me know. However, when one attempts to "check out" at scuba.com with such a purchase, it is evident that scuba.com charges sales tax where the true price skyrockets to $519.26. See attached. Of course, if interested, please make a market-based offer to me.
