New foot pockets for carbon blades

10yr-old Pursuit C90 blades with 25 degree bend need new foot pockets but without buying glue-in (Pathos), I'm not sure what choices I have for a wider foot. Old foot pockets were H. Dessault 42-45 for men's US size 11E. Mares Razor are too narrow, Cressi & Riffe holes don't line up with holes drilled in blades. Blade holes are 5" from back of blade and 1 3/8" or 3.5cm apart. Any advice??
