Just noticed new firmware 1.4 for G2 and 1.2 for G2C
https://www.scubapro.com/manuals

even a history file is included. (for that its worth). nothing earth shattering.

History
-------------
+ Theme Green & White
+ Delete user picture by button press
* Compass streamline
* Language adjustments

I was wondering as well. I installed the update but haven't used it yet.

did you copy the new theme from the themes folder?
also they updated the release notes inside the zip

This software update addresses the following:
enhanced Compass Calibration,
improves the display refresh settings,
adds Green and White Theme,
and Language adjustments.

I would like to have button press for reciprocal bearing in the compass view..

Yes, thank you I missed that. The color schemes are in the Themes folder.

SC has released G2 firmware update wrist 1.5 and console 1.3:

* Improves Bluetooth communication for larger connection intervals during logbook and firmware transfers.
* Adds a missing "h" to the hours portion of the dive time display while in Compass Gauge Mode.
* Updates the Logbook statistics counter showing the "power on" value for accuracy after a software update.
* Add a check and recovery for missing language or font files in G2 disk after firmware or logbook updates in case they are accidently removed by the user.

Nothing earth shattering... maybe in v2 they'll add GF support :)
