Can someone give me an indicative burn time for a 21W/9AH new out of the box. Im aware that the battery takes a few cycles to reach full capacity of 4 hrs.

I got 1.5 hrs when new and now 2 hrs after ten 45-60 min dives followed by full rechrages. Is this normal and, if so, when will the full 4 hrs be available?
