New Major 1000 islands wreck?

I discovered today, a web site for a group called Eastern Ontario Artifical Reef Association (www.EOARA.org). It seems there is an effort to aquire and sink as a reef a canadian destroyer near Brockville Ont. This would be HUGE. I am sure this would be a multi year effort, but will be watching closely! Has anyone else heard about this?

There's already lots of wrecks in the River. How about 1 more for them, and 1 near Rochester!!
