There have been rumors of the new Panasonic GX-1 for months from Asia, but now it looks real, and available soon (mid Dec. 2011).

Panasonic announces "World's Fastest" Interchangeable-Lens Compact Camera from Adorama Learning Center

The GX1 features a 16MP sensor, has a claimed 0.09 second AF acquisition time, which Panasonic claims is the world's fastest, ISO sensitivity up to 12,800, 3-inch touch LCD monitor, and 1080p HD video at 60i.

I hope the usual housing makers take note and gen up a housing pronto.

It seems that Nauticam will produce a housing for the Panasonic GX-1.
I am waiting the exit of the Gx-1 with impatience, I hope this will happen soon :)
