I would go to the forum of the specific location of interest and post your questions there. For example, if you have questions about Cozumel, go to the Cozumel forum and post there, etc.

Agreed. There's also General Travel and Vacation Discussions if you haven't narrowed it down.
A number of us use the 'New Posts' button to catch up on the forum, instead of digging into specific sections, so your post is likely to get seen by a broader range of people than you might think.
