Good chance. The sad part is that TMA has all the approvals in place and it's literally a case of the poor people of Manitoulin realizing that they're getting hoodwinked. ;-)

Oh course there are a number of new wrecks just down the road from Tobermory, if you happen to know a guy... ;-)
