Beginner diver (traveling solo, 57 years old) looking for dive buddies around Cozumel and the Yucatan Peninsula.

I was PADI open cert in 2001 but never used it. Looking for a refresher and then get it going.
Just located my diving course manual, log book, PADI card, etc. lol. needless to say....they're in great shape.
Let me know if anyone would like to meet up or if anyone has recommendations on Dive Shops, lodging, food, sight seeing, etc.
Wanting to combine to combine diving, snorkeling, sight seeing, etc.
