Hi:) I'm new but hooked on scubaboard already. Thanks so much for coordinating this website!
I'm a PADI AOWD but have only 14 logged dives. Growing up in Asia (by the sea) was FANTASTIC however, living in NE (home) and currently Bayreuth, Germany with no decent pond nearby makes me miss the sea bad. My fiancé got his license a year ago and I'm really excited about new possibilities of diving together. Interested in exploring the Caribbean, the Maldives and Europe (?).

I was just skimming messages and saw yours with almost 24 hours & no reply - OK, I guess we're off diving in the weekend now!
Welcome to the Board!!

I get to visit Germany once or twice a year but very fleetingly, on a business trip. Chiara lives in Brussels and I've had just a little contact with other Europeans [I believe theres a group - check close to the bottom of the front page]

Anyway - Cheers from ORD - On the way home again!

I know what you mean. Living in New Mexico, there are limited places to dive. Not bad, but limited.
Just got back from a Florida vacation and managed to slip in several dives ranging from Ginnie springs to two separate drift diving trips off the Atlantic coast. The ocean/sea is where the "good" stuff is. At least in my opinion....
