Well, I finally took the plunge. After a final, frustrating trip with my Canon Powershot where I found lots of great, tiny nudibranchs, and a ghost shrimp in an anemone, none of which would the camera focus on properly, I decided to upgrade and go Oly. :D

With a little luck and patience, I have put together a C8080 (never registered,) a PT-023 (never used,) and a very lightly used Sea & Sea YS 60 TTL/S for a total outlay of $656. I am going to add the Heinrichs Weikamp replacement bulkhead and TTL controller and appropriate strobe mount and hopefully start getting much better macro photos!

Any advice from those of you with a similar configuration appreciated!
