Hello there

I have one of the newer shockwaves and am curious if it would cause any problems to use nimh rechargeables in place of alkaline? We do a LOT of night diving and it doesn't seem too clever to keep buying new batteries every 9 dives or so. Would there be a gas buid up issue?

Love your gear by the way old chap, my shockwave pummels a lot of the more expensive torches in our dive club :D
