On your website it says "NiTek Plus can calculate decompression stop times for required stops as deep as 90-feet." What does this mean?

I'm not familiar with that particular computer, but that seems to indicate that it can calculate decompression stops that are themselves as deep as 90 feet. In other words, it is designed to handle deep diving such that your first (deepest) deco stop would be at 90 feet.
For example, I just used V-planner to plan a hypothetical dive to 190 ft for 15 mins on 21%O2 (Air), and that gave me a first deco stop at 90 ft, followed by more stops at every 10 ft up to the surface.
