I was following a thread on no BCD diving, but since the thread opener had a specific and slightly different question in mind I thought it is better to open a new thread

I found a series of videos I would like to share with you. The link below is a very interesting paper (only Italian) written by two divers expert in no BCD diving. It is only in Italian, but it has links to videos on Vimeo that I will report below. Some of you might understand also the paper if you are Spanish or French speakers. The videos are in sequence, they explain how to plan and execute a dive without BCD step by step. Unfortunately the videos are meant to show the steps explained in Italian in the text, but I think an expert diver could understand the sequence of movements and their purpose just by watching the videos
