I’ve been there many times, but your vid really brings it alive.
 
So, in terms of rockfish at the breakwater, 14! .....black, yellowtail, deacon, copper, quillback, brown, China, tiger, canary, vermilion, yelloweye, silvergray, bocaccio, puget sound. I guess redstriped would be possible to see there, but less likely due to their depth preference, although I recall you saw one at ten mile point.
