Yesterday, I listened to 4 hours of proceedings by the NTSB on the September 2019 fire accident on the scuba diving liveaboard Conception, off the coast of California. 33 passengers and one crew member died.

I summarized their discussions, findings, determination of the probable cause, and recommendations.
