Nuclear Buffer Zone Grant

I was recently speaking to someone in reference to upgrading our departments side scan sonar through the Port Security Grant and they mentioned monies being available from a Nuclear Buffer Zone Grant.

I have done some "Googling" in reference to this, but I was wondering if anyone knew of anything specific about the program and do they know of a dive team that has been able to successfully secure equipment from this grant.
