One of the instructors has overfilled the compressor oil in our Nuvair nitrox compressor, then turned it on to press tanks and oil has come out of one of the couplings.
My thoughts are that the piston has forced oil past it's seal and up into the line and out the coupling.

I've drained a bit, so it now sits under the max level on the sight glass and told the guys to watch the oil content come out of the drain valve.

Anything else I should do?

Cheers!

Perhaps institute a policy on who can maintain the compressor? This isn't the only way to screw it up. I'm sure that isn't what you were looking for but I hope it is one thing that you found.
