O2 provider C-card has expired...

I was just going thru my log book in preparation for an upcoming trip and just noticed that my O2 provider C card has expired.
My question is this, what is involved in renewing it?

It is like a first aid program in that a re qualification course is required every 2 years.
You should contact your instructor to take the re qualification program.
