Oceanic Atom 2.0 Problem

Hi All,


Been using the Atom 2.0 for some number of years now as a backup computer. Recently changed the battery as I was going on a dive trip and now get the flashing 'ERR' message when going into the dive mode. Oceanic has EOL'ed this product and sounds like the Atom 3.0 as well. They 'offered' a 20% saving in a new Oceanic computer...

Is there a general system 'reset' that may fix this problem (the assumption is a glitch fro changing the battery).

you may be able to try and press them for some more help if the recall update was not done

Thanks, I will look into that - I can check my wife's computer and see where it is at, since I can't get to the screen to see the SW revision. We got both at rouoghly the same time.
