What is the first stage? (Isn't the Delta II the second stage only?) Are there service parts available?

Those are good questions and I am not sure to be honest. This is gear that I am just clearing out and have never used. I had a package of gear and many items including this came with it. If you want it, $65 + shipping and all of it is yours.
