As we go through the list of military installations in the Pacific region (the ones that are left) and see a rapid decline in military tourists we are concerned that our military folks are not getting out as much these days. Is there something we can do as resort/dive shop/dive guides can do to help out???

Offer nice discounts....:D
I dunno, maybe contact MWR and see if you guys can work out a deal for trips there.

If you are talking about going to the Phillipines- it is really hard for military to get there right now. Lots of paperwork. That paperwork needs to be approved by at least a Brig. General (0-7). I'm sure it'll ease up, just don't know how many years from now it'll be though.
