Does anyone know if you can Harvest Octopus from the Jetties @ st. Andrews Bay or Fort Pickens or Destin Florida
By hand and tickle stick.....NO SPEARGUN...
 
Hmmm I did some googling and it appears to be legal. I would email or call the Florida FWC for the heck of it
 
Yeah plan on it .Would like to take a couple of the right size for dinner.. from what I can read it's legal as long as you don't have a speargun..
