Somebody has to know.
They are "Polypropylene Tube Mats". You see them most often used as RV mats. My mickey-mouse Google search for sources pulls up China and India, of course.

I can tell you that if you want a "custom" one, be prepared to order in the neighborhood of 1000.
Yeah, one source showed a minimum of 2000.
Hmm.....I wonder if you could arrange with DAN to purchase a bulk order from DAN and get permission to have your "logo" etc. silkscreened on them.
