Open Water Certifications: Not Bad in Summer 2020

    Open water (entry-level) scuba diving certifications weren't 'that bad' in Q3 (July, August, Sept). In fact, Hawaii and Florida had significant growth.

    Does anybody know what happened in California for the numbers to be so bad?!?!
