Oriskany in April?

Is it possible to dive the Oriskany in April? I have received a couple of conflicting reports on this. Some say its good. Some say the seas are way to rough in April.

It’s certainly possible. Diving season kinda starts in April for most down here. While I’m not going to list operators on this post, everyone has a favorite boat and most I’ve been with have been good. I’m happy pass along contact info if you want (just send a PM)

Yes it is fine. Just like all year, some days you may get blown off but never know until close to the time. Some very good dive boats and safe Captains who will watch weather closely. In April would not recommend wearing a skin or 3 mil, still a little nippy.
