PADI Equipment Specialist Class (is it worth it?)

sorry to dig up an old thread, but does anyone know if scuba pro still offers these classes? also, if so, where can i find out more about them? thanks.

Try your LDS. I lucked out and had a great instructor/service dude. He actually promised a refund if I felt I didn't get enough out of it. (IMHO if someone invests even 100 bucks into gear, this course is worth it! It should be required for all DM's and instructors - unless you're lucky enough to be shown these things for free. I wasn't!)
