It is still closed and will probably be for a while. There was a big die-off because of the el nino.
PDA definitely rocks - fantastic crew, service, amenities and they think through everything to make sure guests have the best experience possible. We've dived with them 3 times so far, and plan to again in the future
I'm surprised you didn't talk about the ride out and back through the Rock Islands. Normally the rides between resort and dive sites is just a waste of time, but the above water scenery through the Rock Islands is also spectacular. We usually got different paths through the islands, so it was always new scenery
