Panama City Snorkeling spots?

Hey guys-

Heading down to Santa Rosa for a week or so in a few weeks and the family wants to rent a pontoon, so I figured I might bring the dive gear, grab the kids some snorkels and splash around the boat a bit.

Pontoon rental won't allow us out past the bay and I'm the only diver, so a true dive is out, but I thought I'd see if anyone had any suggestions on good snorkel spots in PCB?
