looks like i'll have another toy to play with at the camera shop here soon

I have the Panasonic Lx5 + Nauticam housing and it is a very good camera for underwater use.
The new Lx7 have a faster lens (F 1,4-2,3), a video capability in full HD and a better Lcd screen.
I hope that Nauticam will create a housing for this new Lx7 :)

I keep hoping (in vain no doubt) that Panasonic will "snap out of it" and make a nice, less expensive housing, like Olympus did. Not gonna hold my breath though

Does anyone have any underwater experience about this new LX7+Nauticam combo yet? Are there any other housings available? only ones I've seen so far is from Nauticam.

Very positive reviews for topside use but not yet any underwater results... I'm considering this LX7 or Sony RX-100 for my next setup:hm:

You and me both - but housing cost may end up being the deal-breaker.
