Folks,

Does anybody know where I can get some information on paraplegics and diving. A diver friend of mine recently suffered a spinal injury and I would love to get them back in the water again.

Cheers....

These agency has been around a long time. I teach for them. I'm now working with a student who is a stroke victim...left side paralyzed. Para's make great divers.

Looks like Moolie got pointed in the right direction. Thanks

The thought occured to me -- Has there been any attempt to adapt UW scooters for use by physically impaired persons to give them a little independence underwater? I know there are motorized wheel chairs that respond to the most subtle of inputs to give even severely impaired people topside mobility.
